| Mr. Adler was
appointed Executive Vice President, Conventional Property Operations in
January 2004. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Risk
Management of AIMCO from January 2002 until November 2002, when he added
the responsibility of Senior Vice President, Marketing. Prior to joining
AIMCO, Mr. Adler was Vice President, Property/Casualty for Channelpoint, a
software company from 2000 to 2002. From 1990 to 2000 Mr. Adler held
several positions at Progressive Insurance including Colorado General
Manager from 1996 to 2000, Product Manager for Progressive Insurance
Mountain Division from 1992 to 1996, and Director of Corporate Marketing
from 1990 to1992. Mr. Adler received a B.A. from Yale University and a MBA
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
